Mgarr also hosts the annual ‘Festa Frawli’ (Strawberry Festival) which usually takes place on the 14th of April and is one of the best local produce festivals in Malta with attendance reaching almost 10,000 throughout the day. This feast is truly spectacular and all the products on sale are made with local strawberries.
