Meet Our Director

Grahame Salt

Grahame Salt is a Company Director at Frank Salt Real Estate and Homes of Quality. Grahame was born and bred into the real estate industry, with real estate having been the main topic of most dinner conversations. After obtaining a BSc degree in Business and Computer studies, he went on to join the family business. Grahame was immediately addicted by the excitement and diversity of the Real Estate market and never turned back! He now has 30 years of experience behind him. He started with selling property, has travelled extensively to promote Malta overseas and for 7 years, managed the Sliema branch. He then moved on to manage Homes Of Quality, which is a sister company of Frank Salt Real Estate. For the last 20 years, Grahame has also been in charge of developing and selling a number of company projects including seafront apartments, villa developments and office buildings. Grahame believes that a property cannot be ‘sold’ to someone. The job of an estate agent is to understand a person’s needs and then, through his/her experience and knowledge of the market, to find the right property for the client. An estate agent’s job is to save his/her clients’ time by doing this in the most efficient and effective way possible and to offer all the guidance and information that the client might need along the way· Grahame has always been a very active person and enjoys a number of sports. He is also the proud father of two girls.

Meet Our Short Lets Property Manager

Simone Scotto

Simone Scotto is the Short-Let Property Manager at Malta Holiday Lets, where he oversees the day-to-day running of the company’s expanding portfolio of vacation rentals. His role centres on supporting property owners, coordinating operations, and ensuring that guests enjoy a smooth and welcoming stay.

Simone works closely with a dedicated team of cleaners, maintenance partners, and administrative staff to keep each property running efficiently. He believes that short-let management is a collaborative effort, and his focus is always on clear communication, organisation, and practical problem-solving rather than taking the spotlight.

Originally from Italy and now based in Malta, Simone developed his experience within the Frank Salt Real Estate Group, where he has been involved in all aspects of the short-let process, from onboarding properties and handling compliance to guest communication, pricing coordination, and owner reporting. His approach is simple and grounded: listen, stay available, and make things as easy and transparent as possible for both guests and owners.

Outside of work, Simone enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures, which continually inspires his understanding of hospitality and the needs of visitors coming to Malta.

Sirage Abushkewa

Sirage Abushkewa has been dedicated to the short-let industry for over three years, focusing on preparing comfortable, well-presented spaces that help guests feel at home. In his role as a Short-Let Property Executive, he supports the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, ensuring smooth check-ins, clear communication, and dependable assistance throughout each guest’s stay.

Sirage works closely with the team to maintain high standards of service, reliability, and property care. He takes pride in the details, from ensuring a property is ready for arrival to addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.

Outside of work, Sirage is a family-oriented person who enjoys spending quality time with his children. This helps shape his calm, patient, and caring approach to hospitality and guest support.
