Guests have full private access to the entire apartment, front balcony, and rear balcony. The building has a lift to the 5th floor.

We are available through the Airbnb messaging platform and typically respond within the hour. Check-in is fully self-managed. Full arrival instructions and access details will be sent through the platform 2 days before your arrival. We are not on-site but remain reachable throughout your stay for anything you need.

The apartment is in the heart of St Julian’s, positioned between Spinola Bay to the south and Portomaso Marina to the north — two of the most popular waterfront areas on the island. Everything within the St Julian’s triangle is reachable on foot.

Spinola Bay — 5 min walk

The main waterfront promenade with the LOVE monument, traditional luzzu fishing boats, and a dense strip of restaurants and bars with outdoor terrace seating. One of the most photographed spots in Malta and a natural hub for evenings out.

Portomaso Marina — 5 min walk

A quieter, more upscale waterfront to the north with marina-side dining, luxury yachts, and the Portomaso Business Tower. Level 22 bar at the top of the tower has panoramic views across the island.

Paceville — 5 min walk

Malta’s main entertainment and nightlife district, with bars, clubs, live music, and late-night dining. St George’s Bay Blue Flag beach is directly adjacent — popular during the day for swimming and sunbathing.

Mercury Tower & Shopping — 8 min walk

Mercury Tower Shopping Centre and Bay Street Shopping Complex are both within easy walking distance, with a cinema, food court, and fashion and lifestyle retail.

Balluta Bay & Sliema — 15 min walk

Head west along the seafront promenade toward Balluta Bay beach, the Carmelite Church, and Balluta Square. Continue further for the Sliema waterfront, The Point Shopping Mall, and the Sliema Ferry to Valletta.

Parking

Street parking is available on surrounding streets. No permit required, though spaces fill quickly during summer evenings.

Valletta — approx. 20 min by car / 25 min by bus

Bus routes 13, 14, 16, 212, and 222 connect St Julian’s directly to Valletta Bus Terminal. The Sliema Ferry is also an option — a 10-minute crossing from the Sliema Ferries terminal, approximately 20 minutes’ walk along the promenade.

Sliema — 15 min walk / 5 min by Bolt

The Sliema waterfront, The Point Shopping Mall, and the ferry to Valletta are a comfortable walk west along the coast.

Mdina & Rabat — approx. 30 min by car

Best reached by car or Bolt. Head inland toward Birkirkara and follow signs for Mdina.

Three Cities — approx. 20 min by car

Head south toward Paola and follow signs for Cospicua.

Golden Bay & Għajn Tuffieħa — approx. 35 min by car

Malta’s most scenic west-coast beaches. Recommended for a half-day trip by car or Bolt.

Gozo Ferry (Ċirkewwa) — approx. 40 min by car

Head northwest via St Paul’s Bay. 24-hour service, approximately 45-minute frequency.

Taxis & Bolt

Bolt is the most practical option for point-to-point journeys. Download before arriving.

🛏️ LINEN & TOWELS

Bed linens are provided for all guests. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Beach towels are not included. Additional towels available on request and may be subject to an extra charge.

This is a privately managed self-catering apartment, not a hotel. There is no reception, no daily housekeeping, and no on-site staff. The property is fully equipped for independent stays and we are available via the platform throughout your stay.

Please respect neighbours between 22:00 – 08:00. St Julian’s is a lively area, particularly in summer — the apartment is private and well-positioned, but the wider area reflects this character, especially near Paceville and Spinola Bay on weekends.

🚭 No parties, no smoking inside the property, no pets.
