Tower Road, Sliema’s iconic seafront promenade, is a short walk from the property and stretches for several kilometres along the rocky coastline. Fond Għadir Beach and Exiles Beach are both within 200–250 metres. The promenade is popular for morning walks, evening strolls, and swimming from the rocks. Qui-Si-Sana, one of Sliema’s best-known seaside spots, is a short walk along the front.

Restaurants & Bars

The area immediately surrounding the property has one of the highest concentrations of restaurants on the island. TemptAsian, Maggie’s, The Skyroom Cocktail Bar & Grill, and Salisbury Arms Pub are all within a 5-minute walk. Valletta (Capital City) — approx. 15 min by car / 20 min by bus or ferry

The Sliema Ferry Terminal connects directly to Valletta in approximately 8 minutes — one of the most convenient and scenic ways to reach the capital. By bus, routes 12, 13, or 21 connect Sliema to Valletta in around 20 minutes. By car, follow signs toward Valletta and use the Park & Ride in Floriana.

St. Julian’s & Paceville — approx. 10 min by car / 15 min on foot along the promenade

Sliema and St. Julian’s are directly connected by the seafront promenade — an easy and pleasant walk. Multiple bus routes also connect the two areas in minutes.

Mdina & Rabat — approx. 25 min by car

Head west toward Birkirkara, then follow signs to Mdina. Best reached by car or taxi. Bolt is a practical and cost-effective option.

Mellieħa & North Malta Beaches — approx. 45 min by car

Head north through St. Julian’s and Bugibba toward Mellieħa. Bus routes 41 or 42 connect Sliema to Mellieħa via Valletta with a change required.

Marsaxlokk (Fishing Village) — approx. 35 min by car

Head south toward Valletta then follow signs southeast. Best reached by car. The Sunday morning fish market is worth the trip.

Gozo Ferry at Ċirkewwa — approx. 55 min by car

Head north through St. Julian’s and Mellieħa to reach the Ċirkewwa ferry terminal. Ferries to Gozo run 24 hours approximately every 45 minutes.

Taxis & Bolt

Bolt works well across Malta and is the most practical and cost-effective option for point-to-point journeys. Downloading Bolt before arrival is recommended.

Car Rental

Available at the airport and in Sliema. Recommended for guests who want to explore beyond the immediate area. Malta drives on the left.
