The twin and double bedrooms share a large interconnecting balcony, where you’ll also find a washing machine and dryer.

We respect our guests’ privacy and independence, however we are always available via Airbnb messaging and reachable by phone in case of urgent matters.

🪜 Access to Rooftop Pool
Please note that the rooftop pool is accessed via steps from the second (living) level to the third (rooftop) level. There is no lift access to the pool area. Guests should be comfortable using stairs.

The penthouse is fully licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) and professionally managed in line with local short-let regulations.

This penthouse is intended for relaxed, respectful stays only.
• No parties, celebrations, or events of any kind are permitted
• We do not accept group bookings for party purposes
• Preferred guest age is 30 years and over, unless booking as a family
• Children under 16 years of age are not accepted, due to safety concerns related to the rooftop pool area
