Walk down toward the waterfront for the Spinola Bay promenade — restaurants, bars, the LOVE monument, and the picturesque harbour with traditional luzzu fishing boats. A natural starting point for any evening out in St Julian’s.

Portomaso Marina — 5 min walk

Head north for the marina, upscale waterfront dining, and the Portomaso Business Tower. Level 22 bar at the top is worth a visit for the views alone.

Paceville — 5 min walk

Malta’s main nightlife district with bars, clubs, live music, and St George’s Bay Blue Flag beach directly alongside.

Mercury Tower & Shopping — 8 min walk

Both Mercury Tower and Bay Street Shopping Complex are an easy walk, with a cinema, food court, and retail across both centres.

Routes 13, 14, 16, 212, and 222 connect directly to Valletta Bus Terminal. The Sliema Ferry is a scenic alternative — a 10-minute crossing from the Sliema Ferries terminal, around 20 minutes’ walk along the promenade.

Sliema — 15 min walk / 5 min by Bolt

Sliema waterfront, The Point Shopping Mall, and the Valletta ferry are a comfortable coastal walk west.

Mdina & Rabat — approx. 30 min by car

Best reached by car or Bolt via Birkirkara.

Three Cities — approx. 20 min by car

Head south toward Paola and Cospicua.

Golden Bay & Għajn Tuffieħa — approx. 35 min by car

Best reached by car or Bolt for a half-day beach trip.
